Online Marketing Manager/Neighborhood Council Candidate: How a Los Angeles
E-commerce Marketing Firm
Helped Her Campaign.

 

It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of Ansley, in her quest for the position of Secretary on the Venice Neighborhood Council. What surprised me most was how much time she spent juggling her job as an online marketing manager, podcast producer and campaigning as the presidential candidate’s running mate. As a small token of appreciation for all her hard work, I wanted to highlight some of the ways in which I helped make it possible for Ansley to juggle both jobs.

 

The end of the political campaign is June 15th, my reflections and what’s next

The first thing we needed to do was figure out how much of Ansley’s time would be dedicated to each job so that she could use her energy in the most strategic way possible. We determined this by asking what percentage of the day they wanted devoted to campaigning and then creating a plan for campaign events, meetings, phone calls etc. I also helped with things like art direction (of social media and overseeing product photo shoots of the new book for one of their clients), removing backgrounds from photos (adding new backgrounds) or retouching images and video editing. Ultimately it meant balancing my own workload as well but I’m happy knowing that my work made an impact on achieving Ansley her goals. I went to Venice Beach at 7:45am on an April Sunday. It was interesting and heartwarming to see how the team reached out to the homeless and learned about their circumstances and their point of view. The staff photographer for the campaign was on site to record the story for the candidate’s providing lots of media for Instagram so Venetians could learn about the candidates’ story.

“How to assist a political campaign when you’re on the road and have no internet”

I edited 9 videos, to various 15 sec durations for Instagram stories, 2minute durations for You Tube, using Premiere Pro. I also made transcripts. We wanted all of the media that Ansley creates to be high quality. Ultimately it meant balancing my own workload as well but I’m happy knowing that my work made an impact on helping Ansley achieve her goals. I was also traveling during this project, and it was a challenge to keep my internet hot spot working at all times. I was able to trade off duties by making phone calls and researching things that needed to get one. Switching to the hot spot in the car periodically gave relief to the hot spot on my phone. That is my laptop life.

Film CEO Introduces His Company
to the World in the Movie
“Violation”
– a Dramatic Comedy

This is the story of a production company that isn’t like any other. They’re scrappy, they innovated and improvised to build their film. This team was put together from all walks of life, with one goal in mind: to tell an amazing story.

 

Bryan is a producer, director and CEO of Los Angels LA Films. His new film Violation is about a company that provides companionship for people that are lonely. The movie was filmed in a bar called “The Cellar”. 

 

The story begins in the bar. That’s where we meet Bryan, producer, CEO, and director of Los Angels LA Films. His new film is Violation. It is about a company that provides companionship for people. Much of the movie is shot in this bar with colorful lights and dancing exuding an aura of a party atmosphere. Bryan is one of those guys who has put together some amazing props for this movie, and amassed a fair share of cool equipment as well. 

 

You get to know him better by just looking around – he’s got posters from the movies he has acted in. 

 

In the movie, “Violation”, the bar provides trust and friendship, and drinks to their customers in an environment of bright light and sounds. The film is about struggles to be innovative in order to meet the needs of their customers, and what it takes to be scrappy business owner. 

 

“Violation is a film about the life of Bryan, an unemployed man with no life direction. One day he sees an ad that says “companionship for people who are lonely.” This advertisement sparks Bryan’s curiosity and he soon finds himself at the bar that provides companionship to its clients. He meets many interesting characters there, including Stella, a girl who claims she wants more than just company from these men. The story follows both Bryan and Stella as they find themselves getting closer together while they explore what each other’s desires may be.”

 

Los Angeles LA Films is a new scrappy production company, although the story has been developing for years. Violation, is their latest release with more to come soon. It was shot in the bar scene of an old Hollywood strip club with flashy lights and dark corners. The film opens up to a room where we are greeted by two women in lingerie on either side of the screen, who then start to speak about why they do what they do.

 

This scrappy production company has innovated their way to success by providing companionship for the lonely with this new film. Much of this film takes place in a bar with dancing exuding a party atmosphere. Bryan, producer, CEO, and director of Los Angels LA Films had some unusually built props created for this movie he put together, as well as amassing quite a few pieces of cool equipment! Comedy/Drama is the genre of Violation.

 

“Violation: The Story of the Scrappy Production Company behind Los Angels LA Films.” This is a film that was made by a group of friends. They all have other jobs and are in high demand, so they teamed up to make this movie. Much of the movie takes place in a bar with and dancing exuding a  party-time fun atmosphere. Bryan, producer, CEO, and director creates some amazing props for this film as well as amasses some cool equipment too! All these things together create formidable film company to be reckoned with by local competitors. Comedy/Drama is the genre of Violation

 

I worked with Bryan to create a web site that would show the concept of this movie to his fans.

You know the movies with actors who are just a little bit too good-looking? The ones where all of their dialogue is scripted, and they always say exactly what the script says. You can’t relate to them. Hollywood LA Films might likely be one of those studios, but it’s not. Bryan’s “Los Angels LA Films.” is just the opposite. Bryan stars in this film. You can feel the stand-up comedian, actor and, musician talent oozing out of him at all points in the movie.
Bryan is REAL and authentic to the nines.

 

Bryan’s club though is futuristic and yes it has bots. It turns out that this club scene was built in Bryan’s dining room, a small taste of Bryan’s innovative mindset as the producer, director of the film. The film opens up to a room where we are greeted by two scantily clad women on either side of the screen. Find out why they do

Created a Shopify store, set up the DNS, set up domain name, visualized a ManyChat bot for Instagram that is a lead generation bot. Created 6 pdf documents for the pitch desk, 2 mind maps, one for advertising strategy and the other for the bot flow strategy, a budget for 1000 bots, and a persona for the Shark Tank Team, I joined the Slack Team of developers who were developing bots in Discord with Python similar to the Instagram bots  

Conquering Shark Tank with Short Notice

 

I know what you’re thinking. “How can I get my share of the $2 billion eSports market?” Well, it’s not as easy as it sounds, but don’t worry! We’ve got your back. In today’s article, we will show you how we created a wireframe mockup of a lead generation bot for Instagram used in the eSports industry and won Shark Tank funding! Here is how we did it:

 

I created an account with Shopify and set up 
your domain and DNS 

It was set up on Shopify. and set everything up. We choose an e-commerce store design..

-After you sign up, access your dashboard and click on “Products”

-Click the “+” button at the bottom of the page

-Now click “Create a product” in order to get started with your Shopify store.

You’ll need this e-commerce store for selling player swag online!

-Now you need to set up the DNS for your domain name.  Shopify charges more if you buy it from them. If you’re not “techy” have Shopify set it up. However, you can save money by taking the time to set up the DNS manually with a slightly more technical approach. Just look for knowledge base instructions for Shopify and on the domain supplier’s knowledge base and they will guide you through it. To do this, go back into Shopify and click on “Settings” in order to access them. Once you’re there, scroll down until you find “Domain Settings” and then follow these steps:

-Click “Manage Domains.” This will allow you to input all necessary information about your new store that’s not yet live online! Now type in your chosen URL under Domain Name (example: mydomain.com)

-Fill out every field with info as instructed by Shopify. They will assign a free SSL certificate for security purposes – make sure everything is accurate because if it isn’t then orders won’t appear in your shopping cart.

 Next, you’re going to want to create an e-commerce site. To do this, go back into Shopify and click on “Online Store” in order to access it. Once you’re there, choose the design, copy, and products for your store.  


If this whole approach sounds too “techy” I would be happy to help you out with the process. Then you can get back to working on running your business. Whew!!

 

Next, we created documents to expand the details after the Sharks acceptance of the concept.

 

I created 2 mind maps to give them a diagram about the marketing strategy we would use and also, one mind map that helps you visualize what the content of the bot will be, a persona, and a mock-up of how the bot might look.

 

The team set up a Slack account and cloned the Instagram Manychat bot for the Discord version.

The bot design will be copied as close as possible for the Discord app by developers using Python. There may be some difference between these bots because the Manychat bots will be a lead generation tools and a couple of other versions with additional purposes.

Pitch Deck and Case Study

– The business plan is to offer bots for Instagram that create lead generation for the company, sell gamer accessories, and offer giveaways, and daily memes which then helps companies advertise products more effectively. Afterwards, the company would hire people to make more content for these bots. .

– The bot flow strategy was created after first understanding what is needed from a lead generation perspective, then creating an advertising strategy that will best work with this type of bot. Automation Conversation also created a video version which takes you through the ManyChat platform and how we create bots.
